Angelika has 20 years of global Human Resources, Team & Leadership Development, and Training and Facilitation experience. Known for her passion in empowering individuals and groups to develop their leadership skills in a dynamic and creative environment, she has a keen ability to give authentic feedback that isn’t hurtful, and to build trusted, long-standing relationships. Her work experience is within the biotech and pharma industry as an HR Business Partner and Leadership Consultant at companies like Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon, DePuy Synthes, Biogen, Moderna and Shire (currently Takeda).
As a consultant, she specializes in Insights Discovery and Team Effectiveness (accredited in 2011) and uses the tool to help teams and leaders improve self-awareness and team dynamics while keeping the focus on the team's strengths.
Angelika received her MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Spanish Literature and Religious Studies from Colby College. She is based in Cambridge with her husband and three children. She is an aspiring painter who loves to travel, take long walks, and drink coffee while people-watching.
