What challenge or need led you to work with Claria Partners?

Following its evolution from Neon Therapeutics and continued growth in the biotech space, BioNTech US sought to strengthen communication and collaboration across teams. As the organization scaled, there was a need for a shared approach to how employees worked together, communicated, and built effective team dynamics.

Leadership identified an opportunity to introduce a structured team development program that could align employees around common language and behaviors, while supporting stronger collaboration within and across intact teams.

How did Claria Partners help address that challenge?

Claria Partners partnered with BioNTech to design and deliver a company-wide rollout of Insights Discovery®, a team effectiveness and communication program. To ensure relevance and impact, Claria first conducted a discovery process to understand the organization’s culture, team dynamics, and development needs.

Based on these insights, Claria developed and facilitated customized workshops focused on improving communication and collaboration within intact teams. The program introduced a shared framework for understanding work styles and communication preferences, enabling teams to build stronger connections and work more effectively together.

The rollout was delivered over a two-month period, with highly interactive sessions that encouraged reflection, discussion, and immediate application.

The program drove strong engagement across the organization, with employees fully embracing the Insights framework and incorporating it into their day-to-day work. Teams adopted a shared language for communication, improving collaboration and mutual understanding.
