Known for a pragmatic, relationship-centered approach, Ellie creates the conditions for thoughtful, candid conversation while keeping the work grounded in business priorities and outcomes. She supports leaders in surfacing assumptions, weighing trade-offs, and translating discussion into clear direction and action.

Ellie has more than a decade of experience in executive coaching and leadership consulting across life sciences, healthcare, engineering, financial services, and construction. She previously served as an executive coach and talent advisor at ClearRock, partnering with CEOs, CHROs, and executive teams, and earlier held leadership roles in commercial strategy, learning and development, and sales at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Medtronic Cardiovascular, Bard Endoscopic Technologies, and Muro Pharmaceuticals.

Ellie holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Education from Boston University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in tools including Hogan, EQ.i 2.0®, MBTI®, and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect®. She has also held leadership roles with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and serves on the Board of Advisors for Women in Healthcare New England.
