Gabriella Salvatore

SENIOR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

I am originally trained as an organizational psychologist and bring that lens to my work in organizational development and culture evolution: relationship, communication, and problem solving. I have “bounced” in my career between professional services and industry, always with a focus in the bio tech, life sciences, healthcare and philanthropy sectors. I have also worked in the global health space as a patient advocate including building a patient navigation system in oncology hospitals in both Kenya and Tanzania.

I have held leadership positions at Sanofi and Takeda and served clients at places like Cedars Sinai LA, Harbinger Health, KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Mass General Brigham Hposital, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and Voyager Therapeutics. It tends to be that I am called in to support individuals, leaders and teams who are facing inflection points in their organizations and need support navigating questions of strategy, change, governance, organizational development, and gaining stakeholder alignment.

I am passionate about service in my community and across the world and have supported a variety of non-profit organizations as a senior advisor: Boston Area Rape Crisis Center, City of Cambridge Community Safety Department, Connect Africa, Hillside School, St. Mary’s Center for Women and Children, Travis Roy Foundation, and Temple Israel’s Education Department.
