I have spent over 20 years in the biotech industry across different countries, and have experienced the journey of growing from a technical expert in health economics and outcomes research, to becoming a corporate leader managing and building technical teams across the globe. My most important learning through this journey was discovering my passion for coaching and developing leaders.
Through these experiences, I have witnessed the value of active listening, powerful questioning, and having a coaching mindset to bring the best out in leaders and their teams. As a result of this inspiration, I became an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach.
My aim now is to help leaders leverage their technical expertise and other natural talents to grow towards the impactful leaders they aspire to be.
When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll find me coaching kids soccer, trying to keep up with my two boys, or attempting to learn something new: woodworking, guitar, piano, or more recently, the harmonica. I also love giving back and currently lead the STEAM committee at our elementary school, where I get to geek out on all things science and creativity with other parents and curious kids.
