Josh Perlman

Josh Perlman is a senior learning and leadership development professional with more than 30 years helping organizations build high-performance cultures. His facilitation style creates an engaging and powerful learning experience for any audience from individual contributors to C-Suite executive leaders. Josh is dynamic, transparent, open, and pragmatic and he focuses on addressing real business and leadership needs. He is highly experienced with many years of successful results in driving organizational learning, resulting in sustainable behavioral change. He has the ability to quickly connect with his audience as well as adapt to a wide range of learning styles.

Josh has been facilitating programs since 1993 in the fields of biotechnology, health care, high-tech, marketing and advertising, retail, and education. He specializes in developing coaching and leadership skills in others so that they can effectively achieve and exceed business results. His specific areas of expertise include management and leadership development, communication, customer service, Emotional Intelligence, managing change, organizational effectiveness, coaching, and team development.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and an Education Certificate from Brandeis University. In addition, Josh is certified in Extended DISC, The Predictive Index, MBTI from the Center for Application of Psychological Type, Situational Leadership® II, The SLII Experience™, Self Leadership, Coaching Essentials, and Building Trust from Blanchard (formerly The Ken Blanchard Companies), and the Hogan HPI, HDS, and MVPI from Hogan Assessment Systems.

Josh grew up in Massachusetts and currently lives there with his wife Carol, and their sons Jack and Tyler. He recently started new hobbies of playing tennis, pickleball, and the drums. He loves music and movies and has been known to quote his favorites from time to time.
