Kelly is a Learning and Talent Development professional with over 20 years of experience supporting individual development, creating stronger team dynamics, and fostering a sense of connection and purpose across organizations and cultures. She supports the growth of individuals and teams through programs that foster connection, grounded in the belief that learning is most powerful when it reflects real-world challenges and supports growth in a dynamic, authentic way. Known for making complex topics approachable, Kelly helps people better understand themselves and each other to build stronger, more effective relationships.

With over 10 years of experience in early-stage biotech, Kelly has guided organizations through the full spectrum of growth and change – from rapid hiring and culture-building to the complex challenges of restructures and RIFs. These experiences have shaped the way she approaches her work—focusing on creating cultures and teams that are resilient, flexible, and able to stick together and move forward, even when things get tough.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys life at home in Massachusetts with her husband, teenage son, their cats Jonesy and Furrface, and their dog Indy. She’s a fan of music, movies, and comedy, and is always up for trading recommendations on what’s making people laugh, think, or hit “repeat.”
