I'm not just a coach who understands business—I'm an executive who has lived the leadership challenges my clients are facing.  As a Chief People Officer, I partnered with CEOs, executive teams, and Boards through periods of rapid growth, organizational change, leadership transitions, and difficult business decisions. I've coached leaders while also being accountable for making many of those same decisions myself. That experience gives me a practical perspective that goes beyond coaching—I understand the realities, pressures, and complexities my clients face every day.
