Lindsey Schrader is an Executive Coach with over 25 years of corporate HR experience in technology, life sciences, and financial services. She has led HR for multibillion-dollar business units and managed teams globally, overseeing key talent functions and supporting leaders from front-line managers to the C-suite.
At Analog Devices, Lindsey was a trusted advisor, leading Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR Business Partner functions. She also conducted due diligence and integrated leadership teams during mergers and acquisitions.
At Repligen, she drove Talent Development initiatives during rapid growth, implementing scalable leadership programming and DEI strategies.
Lindsey helps leaders navigate change, build high-performing teams, and enhance their leadership impact. As a result of working with her, leaders develop higher emotional intelligence, increased resilience, and create lasting impact in their organizations.
She holds a BA in Psychology from Washington University, an MBA from Boston University, and is a Certified Executive Coach.
