As an advisor, Nitya is passionate about fostering agile, values-driven, people-first cultures that scale. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Rice University, and accreditations in a variety of assessment tools including Hogan, Leadership Circle Profile, Insights, DiSC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Situational Leadership II.
