The Challenge
What challenge or need led you to work with Claria Partners?
obi, an international biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases, sought to strengthen its approach to employee development across its North America division. While the organization had invested in leadership offsites and development programs, there was a growing need to make learning more accessible, personalized, and easy to navigate for employees.
The HR team identified an opportunity to create a centralized learning experience that would allow employees to independently access high-quality development resources aligned with both their individual needs and the company’s core values.
Our Approach
How did Claria Partners help address that challenge?
Claria Partners partnered with Sobi to design a Learning Resource Guide (LRG) that would serve as the foundation of a more scalable learning and development strategy. Through a discovery process, we identified the importance of creating a curated, user-friendly experience that could seamlessly integrate into Sobi’s existing internal platforms.
Claria collaborated with Sobi to curate content across a variety of formats, including LinkedIn Learning, TED Talks, Harvard Business Review articles, podcasts, and books. All content was intentionally aligned to Sobi’s core values, ensuring consistency between development resources and organizational priorities.
Working closely with Sobi’s branding team, Claria designed and developed the LRG to reflect the company’s internal look and feel. The result was a cohesive, accessible platform that empowered employees to take ownership of their development.
The Results
What results or impact did you see after working with Claria Partners?
The Learning Resource Guide was launched across Sobi North America as a key milestone in the organization’s broader learning strategy. Employees gained immediate access to curated, relevant content that supported both professional growth and alignment with company values.
The success of the initiative quickly extended beyond the initial rollout. What began as a North America focused program was adopted globally, as other regions recognized its value in supporting scalable, self-directed learning.
The LRG continues to serve as a foundational tool for development at Sobi, enabling consistent, values-driven learning across a growing, global organization.
